Questions About Permanent Jewelry

Grace’s Loft is a permanent jewelry experience!

We are open from Thursday–Friday from 10 am until 7 pm.

What is permanent jewelry?

Also referred to as forever jewelry, endless chain, zapped jewelry, or welded bracelets, permanent jewelry is a fun way to

commemorate an experience with friends, loved ones, or yourself.

Are you looking for a special way to celebrate a birthday, bridal shower, baby shower, or anniversary?

How does it work?

We offer a beautiful variety of sterling silver and gold filled for you to choose from.

Once we customize the chain length to fit your wrist, neck, or ankle,

we then connect the two ends with a tiny jump ring and weld it closed.

Because it is welded, this means there is no clasp.

However, if at any point you decide you no longer wish to wear the bracelet, it can be easily clipped off.

How long does it take?

Each appointment is 20 minutes long.

What if I want to bring a friend?

Book with your bestie, your babe, or your mama!

We can service one person in each 20-minute appointment or two in a 30-minute appointment.

If you live in the Oakhurst area and are interested in hosting a private event for a group of 5 or more,

please send an email to chapman@chapmanjewelry.com

What happens if I miss my appointment?

Due to the popularity of our events, if you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, or miss your appointment, the booking fee is non-refundable.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

You can reschedule an appointment for a later date at no additional cost, as long as you give us at least 24-hours notice.

We do not offer refunds.

What metals do you offer?

We offer all of our chains sterling silver, rose gold-filled, and gold-filled.

What happens if my bracelet breaks or stretches?

If your bracelet breaks or stretches, we can repair it for only $15! If it is damaged beyond repair, you will need to purchase a new bracelet.

What if I have to remove my bracelet?

If at any point you have to remove your jewelry for any reason (MRI, surgery, sports), it can be clipped off (at point of weld) with scissors or clippers.

And don’t worry; we can always weld it back on for our $15 spot-welding fee.

Is it dangerous?

NO!

We use a high-quality arc welding machine and an experienced welder to perform the service.

Unlike soldering, there is no flame, just a teeny-tiny spark.

Is there an age requirement?

This procedure is safe for anyone 12 and older.

Where is the service performed?
